Sundew Painting North is a family-run painting contractor based on S. Colonial Avenue in Wilmington. We handle commercial and residential work across Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania and Cecil County, Maryland — from single rooms and cabinet refinishes to full building exteriors, epoxy floor systems and fire-resistive coatings on structural steel.
The name on the truck belongs to the people running the job. Three owners, an estimator and a project manager who all answer the phone — and crews who have been doing this long enough to know where a finish goes wrong before it does.

Prep is the job
Coatings fail at the surface, not in the can. Washing, scraping, sanding, caulking and priming get real hours on our schedule — not a line we rush to get to the color.

One owner per project
A project manager runs your job start to finish. You have one number to call, one person tracking the schedule, and no guessing who is on site tomorrow.

We work around you
Occupied offices, tenant spaces, warehouses running shifts, homes with kids and pets. Nights and weekends when the work calls for it, and protection down before a brush moves.
What We Do
Ten trades under

Commercial and residential. If it gets coated, sealed, patched or refinished, it is on this list — and it is done by our own crews.
Exterior Painting
Siding, masonry, trim and structural steel. Surface prep, primer selection and coatings specified for the substrate and the exposure.
Drywall Repairs
Patching, skim coating and full-level finishing. Repairs blended so the wall reads as one plane once the topcoat is on.
Sealed & Epoxy Floors
High-build epoxy and sealed concrete systems for warehouses, shops, kitchens and garages. Durable, cleanable, chemical resistant.
Wall Covering
Commercial vinyl, specialty wall coverings and residential wallpaper — measured, hung and seamed by hand.
Intumescent Coatings
Fire-resistive coatings for structural steel, applied to specification with documented mil thickness for inspection sign-off.
Roof Coatings
Elastomeric and reflective roof systems that seal, extend service life and cut cooling load on flat and low-slope roofs.
Power Washing
Low- and high-pressure cleaning of siding, brick, concrete and fleet surfaces — as prep work or as standalone maintenance.
Staining & Sealing
Decks, fences, pergolas, doors and interior wood. Stains and sealers matched to species and finished for even tone.
Cabinet Refinishing
Kitchens and built-ins degreased, sanded, primed and sprayed to a factory-smooth finish — a fraction of the cost of replacement.

We walk the space with you, note substrate conditions, access, and scheduling constraints, and confirm exactly what is in scope.

A line-item proposal from our estimator: surfaces, prep, products, coats, timeline and price. No vague allowances.

Controlled Execution
A project manager owns the job. Protection goes down first, crews work a set schedule, and you get progress updates.

Walk & Sign-Off
We punch the job with you, correct anything on the list, haul off every bit of debris, and leave the space ready to use.
